HIRE INFORMATION
Hire Periods
All pricing is based on a daily hire rate (Hire time is 10am to 9am next day). Alternate time periods are available for weekend, week, month or other hire. Contact us for more details.
What is the minimum hire?
Minimum hire is $40.
Will there be a deposit to pay?
We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your games and chosen date.
The deposit is due no less than 2 weeks before the event.
Do I have to sign an agreement?
A hire agreement is signed - along with one form of photo ID. Terms and Conditions of Trade PDF must also be read and initialed.
Is there a bond?
There is a bond of $100 which shall be paid with your final invoice no less than two weeks before the event. We will only charge replacement cost of any item damaged. This will be discussed with you before deducting from your bond.
When does the hireage fee need to be paid?
The full hireage fee is payable two weeks before your event. At the present time payment will be by cash or bank transfer only.
Are you a nation-wide company?
We cater for the Bay of Plenty area only at this point of time.
Given time, we hope to be able to hire our games out further afield.
Do you do deliveries and collection?
Yes - we do! If you live in Te Puke township - delivery/collection will be free of charge.
For all other Bay of Plenty areas there will be a minimum charge of $35 or $2 a km for return journey collection.
Can I pick the games up?
Yes - Collection and return can be made from/to Aberdeen House, 58 Dunlop Road, Te Puke. (The minigolf cannot be self pickup as the set is too large and uses a specialised trailer).
Are the prices GST inclusive?
Yes.
